Referral Program Terms and Conditions Addendum

Thank you for participating in the Data Analyst Pro Bootcamp referral program. The following terms and conditions outline the guidelines and eligibility criteria for this program:

Referral Program Overview:

1.1. Eligibility:

– The referral program is open to current and former Data Analyst Pro Bootcamp students.

1.2. Referral Reward:
– For each successful referral, the referring participant (“Referrer”) will be eligible to receive a 20% discount off the tuition fee.

2. Eligibility and Participation:

2.1. Qualified Referral:
– A qualified referral is defined as a new student who enrolls in a Data Analyst Pro Bootcamp course based on the referral from the Referrer.

2.2. Referral Process:
– To qualify, the Referrer must ensure that the referred individual mentions their name during the enrollment process.

3. Reward Redemption:

3.1. Reward Distribution:
– The 20% discount will be applied to the Referrer’s account upon verification of the qualified referral.

3.2. Tuition Fee Adjustment:
– The discount will be deducted from the Referrer’s tuition fee for an ongoing or future course enrollment.

4. Limitations:

4.1. Non-Monetary Substitutes:
– The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other form of compensation.

4.2. Maximum Rewards:
– There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make; however, the maximum total discount a Referrer can receive is 20% per referred student.

5. Program Changes:

5.1. Modification or Termination:
– Data Analyst Pro Bootcamp reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

6. Compliance with General Terms:

6.1. Compliance:
– Participants in the referral program are required to comply with the general Terms and Conditions outlined on the Data Analyst Pro Bootcamp website.

By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these additional terms. Data Analyst Pro Bootcamp reserves the right to void referrals and disqualify participants who do not comply with these terms.
